Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Heat:🔥🔥🔥 @Hendy_farms is an organic farm based in Ghana. They're family run and as well as growing lovely mangos they also make them into a Habanero based hot sauce. Here's my take on their creation.
_ 👁 I think the jar looks beautiful, my pic hasn't really done it justice. It's a simple see through jar with a tasteful design etched onto the glass that allows the brilliant colour of the sauce to show through. The tree logo is satisfying and the label has been well laid out. In this case less is more. _ 👅 sometimes fruit based sauces can turn out too sweet but this has been very well balanced. The first flavour that hits is a fresh fruitiness but that's quickly followed by an exhilarating back mouth spice and savoury garlic flavour. It's been perfectly seasoned and the prominent presence of the garlic and onion as well as a good quality vinegar has really helped to make this sauce taste dynamic and lively. It has a kick too so buckle up! _ 👭 Standard use for this would be with a bean burger or similar as it has a sweet yet savoury taste... however. I tried this in a bloody mary and it was AMAZING. It gave it this great sweet hit with a touch of garlic. Try it! _ 🍕 This is a brilliant dip. As it's mango based it comes out sticky and thick so if you're brave enough you can lather it on chips or pizza or tortillas and it will cling for all it's worth. Beautiful.
