_ 👁 Design is a little dated but does the job for sure. It’s text based and by no means a work of art but ticks the necessary boxes and wouldn’t look out of place on any supermarket shelf. The font feels very early naughties! _ 👃 G.A.R.L.I.C. Wow. It’s strong. I love garlic so this turns me on but it’s not for the faint of heart. As well as that I’m getting a good helping of salt and a touch of the peri-peri spice mix. _ 👅 Yes. This is my jam. Naturally the garlic hits first but it’s slightly sweet and not too overpowering. There’s not tomatoes in here but it really resembles one of those Loyd Grossman roasted garlic tomato sauces, just with a little more kick and the tang of the peri peri and vinegar cutting through later. It’s not too hot at all. Says medium but depending on your tolerance I’d say mild to medium. Overall though really well balanced and PACKED full of flavour. _ 👫 This would work just as a crisp dip, or on a pizza, as a cooking ingredient or even as a marinade. There’s so much flavour I feel like it’s going to improve most things it touches. _ 🍕 Lovely and thick with little chunks. This is going to stick to whatever you put it on. As it’s in a jar there’s no trouble getting it out either. Overall I’m really impressed, it feels like a family recipe.
