Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Heat:🔥🔥 Here's another one that's been on the wish list for some time. Made in Walthamstow North East London @saucybitch_shop produce fermented vegan sauces and source their ingredients locally. Here's how it went down!
_ 👁 A masterclass in design. The French bulldog is brilliantly illustrated and kind of looks both creepy and hilarious with that human body. It's all very playful with the back of the bottle asking you to 'stalk them' on social media. Very much into it. _ 👃 The smell doesn't give too much away, it's really tangy and fresh. I imagine this is the mustard giving it that extra zinggggg. _ 👅 So this tastes like a spicy thousand island salad dressing. Which may be a turn off for some but I think it works. The mustard really cuts through and it's sweet but not too sweet. My only criticism would be that having both vinegar and mustard leaves it a little on the sour side, so it might be an idea to temper that with something else or reduce the quantity of one of those two ingredients. Other than that thought the spice is mild but really pleasant and it's seasoned brilliantly. _ 👭 I would genuinely have this on a salad. Failing that the sweet mustard would be awesome in a hotdog. _ 🍕 It's a pretty great dipping consistency as the avocado oil gives it an almost creamy consistency, it also came out the bottle really nicely, without any excessive shaking needed.
